Chiropractic is a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the neuro-musculoskeletal system. Chiropractic uses spinal adjustments to restore proper function to the spine. Doctors of Chiropractic are specifically trained to detect and correct problems in the spine using various techniques.

Our Chiropractic Techniques: We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce spinal restrictions.

The primary adjusting techniques we use include:

Diversified: a specific thrust delivered by hand to the spine to remove restrictions. This usually results in a cavitation ( popping noise) of a joint.

Impulse: a handheld instrument delivers a measured and direct thrust to the joint multiple times with minimum force.

Activator Method: This is a system of spinal evaluation combined with handheld adjusting instrument that delivers a low-force thrust to the spine.

Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy helps with mobility and pain management. Treatment includes ultra sound, therapeutic massage, mechanical traction, cryotherapy, moist heat therapy, electrical stimulation.
